Our Church School Vision

As a Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School our vision is built upon the vision of ‘The Church of England’. Our vision for our education is rooted in the Bible verse “Everything is possible for one who believes" which is why we have chosen our school motto of “Believe and Achieve”.

Believe

At Stonham Aspal CEVA school we aim to nurture within our pupils both self-belief and a belief in the Christian values that underpin our school. We offer high standards of teaching and a wide range of extracurricular opportunities so they develop confidence in their abilities and have high aspirations for themselves and their peers. We want our pupils to have great strength, like the mighty tree which is our school logo, to have the necessary resilience and courage to succeed and embrace the challenges and opportunities that they will face as they move through the school and beyond.

Achieve

In school we want all our pupils to achieve their best in everything they do. We recognise achievements in whatever form they may take. Achievement is celebrated in our ‘Believe and Achieve’ celebration assembly every week, where we recognise the achievement of our pupils as they have put into practice, and exemplified our Christian values, and demonstrated our Life and Learning skills in their attitudes, relationships and work.
